Hi, Iām Victoria
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I want therapy to feel calm and welcoming, and my hope is that you feel comfortable being open about what you are experiencing and supported as you begin to make sense of it.
I became a therapist because I believe people grow when they finally have a space where they feel truly understood and approach their problems with evidence-based practices. Early in my career, I worked in a residential treatment center where I supported clients through intense emotions and complex life situations. That experience helped shape how I work with people of all ages today. It taught me the value of slowing down, listening closely, and meeting each person with patience, steadiness, and genuine curiosity about their story.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I use CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and I adjust these tools to fit your goals and your pace. I want our sessions to feel grounded, honest, and centered on helping you understand yourself and move toward what matters most to you.
I earned my undergraduate degree from BYU and my Master of Social Work from ASU. I have completed more than 3,000 hours of supervised clinical work, which has given me broad experience supporting clients with a wide range of needs and backgrounds. I am licensed to practice in Virginia and Utah.
I grew up in a small town with only a few stoplights and later spent time living in New York City. Those experiences helped me develop an appreciation for both close-knit communities and the pace of a big city. Outside of work, I love music and play the violin and piano. I also enjoy baking, watching baseball, and spending time with my husband, Jake, our son, Brooks, and our mini goldendoodle, Wrigley.
