During the First Session
Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We will go at a pace that feels right for you.
How Therapy Works Here
Foxhaven Therapy is fully virtual, serving clients located in Virginia and Utah. Sessions take place through a secure telehealth platform that is simple to use. Many clients appreciate being able to meet from a space that feels familiar and comfortable.
Going Forward
Our work will focus on setting treatment goals that build understanding of your experiences, building tools that help in managing and decreasing symptoms, and creating meaningful change.
My style is warm, patient, and collaborative. You will always have a say in the direction of our work, and you will never be rushed.
